Note, Hibernia is out of play (it hasn't been updated) and population growth is unlikely to matter at this point, so while it's mostly updated, there's no need for corrections.

Also, yes, Mercia did not receive a new Gold Rush spell. There's a reason, which the Umbria tab combined with the news should make clear (once I get the news out, at least).
