I suspect you used Gold Rush and not lands abundance to update with. The difference is that Lands Abundance does not give +5 GP.

SWT Trade 1 in Helna correctly represented with impact of blockade, specifically blockade does not suppress the holding level, so it exists for any purpose that targets a holdings, but rather suppresses the income.

Poor weather has stifled base growth in many provinces. A few lucky provinces in the troubled areas were blessed by ToG and are exempt from this penalty.
