I think D between NSE and Mercia seems applicable. Not a state faith but clearly working hand in hand.
Anyone regularly receiving blessings from NSE should fall in that corner if not covered by an A.

I think this thread is for treaties, Umbria and NSE for example have a good working relationship, but no treaty. That's my Understanding of this thread.

Yes it is. If you have taken diplomacy of a kind that can not be classified as a state faith/guild and so on, it is a D (short for Deal).

I mean, if the pirate king is going to have his own entry, then I suppose it would proper to consider SWT to be at war with pirates. That's practically a given.

Updated:
Nemeth at war with Alined and Dumonia (declarations, troops and new unlawful holdings) Tir Moreth at war with Bayard (and vice versa) based on Troop actions and holdings burned. NSE at war with Bayard (and vice versa) based on troops actions and holdings burned.

I don't think Dumonia has troops in Nemeth. you could probably argue for proxy war due to alliance with Alined, but unless I miss something actual war seems a stretch.

Slight modification would be NSE is not at war with Bayard (although Bayard may be at war with NSE).
Other than Fhomorians or should the Lothians rise again, NSE really isn't in the declare war mode.

Little question : if my daughter and the son of Gawant are married... we are ally or 1/2 ally ? he is my family ... If Uther is the King, Bayard is 1/3 or 1/2 ally with nemeth Because his queen is the sister of the Nemeth's King's Mom ?

Based on my understanding of history, blood relations and marital connections do not automatically create an alliance. They could (and often are) rivals or even enemies.

Yeah. If you have a blood relative in another court who isn't in a position of power, they're a hostage, so it becomes difficult to start a war with him since your relative would be imprisoned or worse. That's the only 'automatic' (more accurately, natural) consequence of blood ties that makes things friendlier.
In a feudal system, relatives in foreign courts often have claims to each others' titles, so they often make war more likely. Having someone else's family in your court gives you power over them, to stop them from coming at you, or to more easily justify taking their stuff.
