Sending.
This spell is a very powerful information sharing tool. I am thinking about limiting it to only work within the same province.
reason: The unstoppable messenger realm spell, although able to do more powerful things as well can only affect as far as your ley network.

Seems reasonable, or sending would require to be send through two already assigned items?

As a mass user of the spell I'd agree to limiting its radius on account of its current, perhaps unbalanced, usefulness.

Stolen from a reddit board: Now imagine the magic "spam" people get."Whoa guys I'm getting a message shut up!" "WOW MAN GROWS 5 INCHES IN 2 WEEKS, BE A GNOME NO MORE, TAKE ULTRA-DONG!!!" "Please for the love of god make it stop."Man, I'd hunt down and kill that [Redacted]er. On the other hand, he can cast sending, maybe he can polymorph too...No, it must be a sweatshop of 5lvl gnome wizards, chained to their places, forced to call random people to advertize their evil master's products. One of them manages to wisper "please help" to you before being beaten for going off script. It's up to you to free them. The spell seems too good

The magic 'balance' was severely overhauled in fifth with the emphasis on the ability to cast more spells but weakening them. In most peoples chop-chop murderhobo dnd sending would be an unpicked spell if higher level. In a birthright like game however its extremely useful. For the reddit specifically, there is a significant difference between pc and npc in fifth; the player handbook rules are specifically and oly for PC's. If that evil overlord has 4 parites of PC gnomes sending his messages good on him and damn, what crappy players
