Seems the map with roads, dont show the rivers in hibernia, actually even the PH is inconsitent with the terrain map as for what provinces border major rivers.

Looking at the terrain map the provinces: Gangani, Ebla, Vel Abri and Lyceni should have the river feature, currently only the Ebla province have the river feature.

Highway, Roads, Trackless - movement point costs to enter the province.
