In these times of brewing conflict between our rightful King and the pretender from the old religion, our grace King Glendall Pendragon has so decreed:
Northern Traders is the royal guild of Camelot, and as such the only lawful holder of Guilds in the whole of Camelot.
Exemptions can be bought from his grace if a guild wish to continue its lawful business in Camelot at the standard rate of 0,4GB per holding level per year. Holders of an exemption can not be required to sell their holding as they are in Camelot lawfully.
Should Northern traders wish to buy out a guild of its holdings in Camelot, his grace hereby decree that 10GB per holding level is a fair price within the province of Camelot and 5GB per holding level is a fair price within the rest of Camelot. Should a guild refuse this compensation then northern traders will be allowed to contest said holding instead of purchasing it.
To ensure stability in Camelot it is henceforth not lawful to refuse aid to a guild trying to establish or expand trade within the borders of Camelot, with the following exemption: Northern traders have the right to rule half round down of the trade in each of the provinces of Camelot without fearing competition from other domains.
To ensure stability in Camelot it is henceforth not lawful to contest guilds unless you have received permission from his grace, the king of Camelot.
Persons found to be working against the spirit of this decree will be called upon to attend or send a representative to our court. And there be given a fair chance to defend their actions before receiving the fair judgement of King Glendall Pendragon who rules all of Camelot by the grace of the one God and for the good of his people.
Signed
King of Camelot
