You had a 0 stability on T20, and you still have a 0 stability on T21. Ok should have gone up to 1 in turn 20 (actually in turn 16 really). I ahd an agenda. Agenda 1: When ToB is removed from Umbria (Except source), Dal Riada and don't have more than a lvl 1 holding (Except source) elsewhere on Albion (not counting the upside down): Completion effect gain one stability. Can I get a confirmation on this. Linde seems to have confirmed it previously in my threat with questions to GM, but I'd like to be certain for my DO. |

Maybe it will require a decree to announce victory? if so Mechaumbria really should have used one of their many vacant court actions to do so since turn 16 where it was accomplished  ETA:I might write the retroactive decree now the linde has confirmed |
