As a basis for my setting I have used the series of Merlin, changed a few things and added 30 years to the end of the series.
30 years has passed since Arthur Pendragon died in the defense of Camelot. In the following posts short descriptions of each domain will follow.

Camelot
[Camelot is a Lawful Good landed domain with 3 provinces]
After the death of Arthur Pendragon, Gwenevere ruled the kingdom of Camelot in the name of Pendragon with Gawain at her side as her king consort.
Merlin took to wandering and has been seen from time to time after Arthurs death, but the active role he took during the young princes rise to power seems to be over.
The lands prospered with no great enemies and when Gwenevere died 24 years later, her son Glendall took the throne and named himself Glendall Pendragon King of Camelot.
Three years ago an usurper, Grendall the Bastard, claiming to be the son of Morgana Le Fay and as such the true heir of Uther Pendragon surfaced and demanded the throne.
As he was cast out of Camelot, winds of foul magic blew through the five kingdoms and sparked a rebellion against King Glendall's rightful rule.
Young Glendall Pendragon fought valiantly for the defense of Camelot and secured a peace treaty with the neighboring realms ensuring that Grendall the Bastard would not be granted a Noble title within any of the five kingdoms, but most of Camelot's former influence over the kingdoms were bartered away to secure that deal.
The kingdoms that signed the treaty were: Camelot, Mercia, Caerleon, Gawant and Alined. But now only a year after the treaty has been signed there are reports of Grendal the bastards growing support in Mercia and Alined. And worse than that, Glendall has lost some of his support to Grendall the Bastard inside the borders of Camelot.
Time has come to hunt down this usurper, destroy his false and dangerous religion and secure the throne of Camelot.

Caerleon
[Caerleon is a Lawful Neutral single province landed domain]
Caerleon has been ruled by the Carleon family for generations. The current ruler Queen Jessica Carleon has so far taken a stance of neutrality in the conflict of the throne in Camelot.
The historical stability and security of Caerleon is largely due to their relatively close ties to Camelot, in order to keep her borders safe the Queen will have to choose side in the conflict sooner or later.

Gawant
[Gawant is a Neutral Good one province landed domain]
Since the rule of Uther Pendragon, old king Frederik Gildenwolf has been an ally of Camelot. Never has king Gildenwolf refused a call to arms by his ally, and never has Camelot refused their aid to Gawant.
But now there are rumors of a true heir of Uther. Is his intentions honorable and noble? Is he the rightful king of Camelot? What king will see the lands prosper most? King Gildenwolf are faced with hard questions that may shake or strengthen his loyalties.

Mercia
[Mercia is a chaotic neutral two province landed realm]
After the death of Arthur several civil wars has swept through Mercia like plagues. Each time a new ruler has taken regency a claimant has tried to usurp the throne.
The current ruler is Queen Felicia North, who took regency 3 years ago after her husbands untimely death. This time was no different, the old kings younger brother tried to seize the throne. Only in the last year has that rebellion been crushed. Highpriest Grendall le Fay of the old religion has thrown in the support of his gods to secure the Queens rightful rule.
Now he asks for the Queen to return the favor and help restore the rightful line of Pendragon, and the old religion in Camelot.

Dumonia
[Lawful Evil one province landed realm with a small network of sources]
Dumonia is ruled by the experienced sorcerer, King Oden Sleibhin.
King Oden has always looked to expand his interest whenever possible, and his shrewd use of diplomacy and force has kept his lands relatively free of the influence of his enemies.
The current dispute in Camelot has presented an opportunity for Dumonia to strengthen its influence in its neighboring realm of Aliened.

Aliened
[Aliened is a Lawful Neutral Good single province landed realm] - Changed from turn 15 onwards
Aliened is under siege from two sides. From east the taint of the old religion has infiltrated the lands and from west the foul magic of King Oden has lessened the tight grip that King Arthur Valiant had on his peoples loyalty.
The first priority of King Arthur must be to secure the loyalty of his people, but that is easier said than done.

Lothia
[Lothia is a chaotic evil 3 province landed realm]
In the more northern regions of Avalon lie the realm of Lothia. Dominated by mountains the realm is easily defended from the more civilized realms to the south, making the lands an ideal staging area for raids on the southern lands. The current ruler High Warlord Karl Morrow has used this defendable position to strike against any domain within his reach that has shown weakness, trying to expand his realm.

Umbria [Umbria is a Chaotic Good 2 province landed realm with a source network]
The Sidhe of Albion are under pressure. The once great forest of the Aelven King now only cover the most of 2 provinces.
The ancient stronghold in Bernicia is at times all that keep the barbarians from attacking from north, and now their religion of blood sacrifices has spread to Bayard to the south.
Allies are far apart, and however friendly the Dwarfs of North hold are, they seem less than enthusiastic about sacrificing dwarven lives to aid Umbria.
Thankfully the Sidhe can hold their ground for a while, in part because their king is second only to Merlin in his mastery of the arcane arts.

Bayard
[Bayard is a neutral evil 2 province landed domain]
Godfred Thraw, King of Bayard must have gone mad, he has openly invited the Temple of Blood into his lands and declared it state faith.
The warped druidic religion that rely on blood sacrifices to please the gods now hold sway over both Lothia and Bayard.
On the positive side, the raids from Lothia has lessened, and the Kings army has never been larger.

Nemeth
[Nemeth is a Lawful Neutral 2 province landed domain] Queen Ursula of Nemeth has steered her kingdom clear of any major conflicts between the other nobles of Albion. The Queen is rumored to have proof that she the illegitimate descendant of Uther Pendragon, but she has never pressed the claim. Some say it is because it is a lie, and others say it is because the truth would lead her cousin to try and claim the throne of Nemeth for himself.
Queen Ursula has a single son, Uther of Nemeth, who is the next in line for the throne of Nemeth.

North Hold [North Hold is a Lawful Neutral 5 province landed domain]
The Dwarfs of the north keep mostly to themselves. They are rumored to have a king, but none outside the Dwarven realms have seen him. The dwarfs pray to their strange God of craftsmanship and worship their trinkets and profit they make selling them.
The humans to the south is a warring bunch that occasionally try to pillage. But to call it more than a nuisance would be to give the humans more credit than they deserve.
At any rate, no attack has gone by without the dwarf king sending a regiment of fierce looking warriors and a stout envoy, asking and receiving fair compensation for the aggression.
But with the new alliances forming south of North Hold, the Dwarven King may have to rethink his current strategy.

Temple of the One God
[Temple of the One God is a lawful good temple spanning several realms]
The Temple of the One God is a relatively new religion. It draws its roots back to a temple praying to a God who set rules for its followers to complex for mere mortals to follow, and responded with wrath and judgement if they strayed from the dogma of the temple. In the Temple of the One God, the wrath of God is reserved to enemies of the faith, and sinners beyond repent. Forgiveness, absolution and the unconditional love of their God is only a few coins away for the followers who repent their lesser sins.
The clergy feels strongly for the souls of their followers and do their very best to aid those who repent, but can't afford the standard fees for absolution. But the temple need gold to fund the conversion of the heathens of Albion, so the temple continually try to extract exactly what people can spare, but no more.

The Old religion
[The Old Religion is a True Neutral temple/source network spanning several realms]
The Old Religion is the Druidic worship of nature in all of its facets. Nature can be soft, nature can be brutal, nature can be warped to serve your desires, but it has a cost. Nature deserves respect and worship.
Due to the inherent link between the lands and magic, magic is a part of nature, and magic is a tool of worship.
Druidic temples use Temple Holdings to cast Primordial realm magic, and they use sources to cast Arcane magic.
