A decree is distributed to the people of Nemeth, and some make the way to the enemy war camps and distant lands.
King Alden, the rightful ruler of Nemeth, has always sought a peaceful solution to the current conflict. However King Frederick Gildenwolf has previously declined any and all communication. King Frederick Gildenwolf started out declaring war on the druids of natures soft embrace, then attacked Nemeth because he did not approve of king Alden due to false claims that he was hand picked by NSE, and now profess to wish Prince Uther on the throne - A throne he is and has always been in line for when he comes of age. It would seem king Gildenwolf does not know what he want, except to tax the people of Nemeth in both body and soul. If King Gildenwolf truly fought only to see Prince Uther on the throne, then he should have accepted the peace offer to hold a ceremony of designation for Prince Uther according to the customs of Nemeth, instead of ignoring all offers of peace and insisting on continuing a pointless war.
By the gods, it is not right for another regent, guild or faith to attempt to interfere with or bypass the succession process of another domain, in particular by attempting to put an inexperienced prince on the throne, to the detriment of all of such a domain. King Alden of Nemeth declare his confidence that Prince Uther will be a great king in his own time, but it would subtract from the legacy of his rule if it did not happen according to Nemeth customs and traditions, as it has for many previous royal successions - Including his own. Thus King Alden makes it known that he sees it as his sworn duty to fight for the way of life for people from Nemeth. That includes the right of every one of the nobles to designate the king or queen, without interference from foreigners with no business in Nemeth.
Messages have been sent by King Frederick Gildenwolf, in which he tries to divide Nemeth and Helna, and worse yet, tries to divide both the people and the king from their chosen state faith, their traditions and their right. King Gildenwolf will not succeed! King Alden asks that all faithful in Nemeth rise up and oppose the aggressors! The foreigners who wish to burn the livelihood of all the good citizens of Nemeth must be expelled as the filth they are. Assault their messengers, set fire to their camps and at every turn deny them what is not theirs! The only king of Nemeth, King Alden, declares that he will defend the old ways of the druids to his dying breath from those that seek to eradicate them. Therefore, King Alden also implores all those faithful to the druidic ways of natures soft embrace, to set aside their peaceful ways of harmony and fight against the religious prosecution spearheaded by King Gildenwolf and those that support him in this endeavor.
In case the faithful have forgotten there is an attachment of the year old, but still not countermanded, decree where Gawant declares war on NSE:
The Kingdom of Gawant decries the Temple of Nature's Soft Embrace for regicide, treachery and usurpation. Whatever the allegations against Ursula of Nemeth it was her right to a trial before her peers. It is not the place of a temple to order the murder of monarchs and disinherit their heirs. As a result the Kingdom of Gawant hereby declares war on the Temple of Nature's Soft Embrace.
