1: Damage table to pursuits is increased by 50% Reason: To buff Cavalry and by extension Defensive traits
2: Elite units(measured in XP) count double when factoring damage. The extra damage will be added regardless of whether the unit is outflanking and will not be doubled by successfully outflanking. Reason: To make units matter more when their upkeep is increased.
3: Scouting, espionage & scry will reveal the opponents strategy for a single battle per MoS 10+. Reason: already did it like this but now the difficulty will be formal.
4: Damage will be factored based on 1/5th HP left rather than number of units. Reason:This will make units less effective at dealing damage the more damage they have taken while buffing units like knights and other high hp units.
5: Summoned units. Morale of the summoned units will be lowered to 2/3/4 rather than the current 3/3.5/4 Reason: Morale is king, so lowering morale should make the summons less powerful.

Not sure about (4). That is a very significant buff to high hp units. Ill have to think about it a bit.

6: Wolfriders will have their base morale reduced to 2.5 reason: too powerful.. Especially with the boost to pursuit.

7: I will always announce how many units you are facing and allow for a day for people to update their choice of strategy. Reason: This will allow people to make a semi informed choice of chit based on an estimation of what they face. But you are still allowed to include contingencies in your orders for this (If I have way more units than my enemy choose x, if I am outnumbered choose y, if we have about the same amount of units pick z)

Yeah it is a big bonus to the larger units and will make combats more deadly (it would have made the battles against Lothia wins by elimination as the coalition would have wiped the Lothian forces from the map... they too would have taken more casualties)

Does 4 mean that a full health Knight know does 8 times the damage, of before? And Elite Ogres at full health do 20 times the current damage? (I know this is the extreme case) Unless combat is meant to be deadlier, i would suggest a ratio of 1/10 insted

(I know this is the extreme case) Unless combat is meant to be deadlier, i would suggest a ratio of 1/10 insted Previously each unit did a single hit of damage multiplied by a modifier. With the change a unit of Knights (at full HP) would do 10 hits of damage multiplied by the same modifier.
It makes combat significantly more vicious, doubling the damage done by levy. I think perhaps this is a bit much, I like Andreas' suggestion that it's 1/10th of HP. It means that levy does the same damage but scales up the better units.
