I am curious, regarding the differing religions and the varied characters and courts. What are the main viewpoints on resurrection or reincarnation in the player courts?

Note that some casters might not be following one of the above faiths, and still have been granted the divine possibility of resurrection. Furthermore wont NSE be just as happy with anyone staying dead? And ToB got their blood sacrifice when you died, so I dont think they mind resurrections. I think the better question would be: How many months does it take to recover from resurrection? To that I would say one extra turn after the one where you are resurrected.

Death is but the next adventure. To cut it short with a resurrection is to return to the life you were too weak to keep.
And if you were blooded you will return as a mere shadow of yourself. So only masochists and fools allows themselves to be resurrected.
Start your afterlife as a success, join the Holy Lothian army and be the envy of all who died before you!
