Hi all
A couple of pointers of your Winter turn T16:
Action Descriptions.
From page 66 of the Regent's guide: This will be enforced in the T16 turn resolution. I don't need to see an epic for each action, but I would like to see at least a single sentence for each action you take. Something along the lines of "The King dispatches squires and pages to support the Sheriff of Nottingham, allowing him to establish more guardhouses." would be fine for avoiding the penalty.
The "good descriptive" bonus is reserved for descriptions that build on the narrative for your realm, or help tie in your actions, simply throwing a wall of text into the description won't necessarily get the bonus.
Character Actions for Able Assistants.
Liutenants get 2 character actions, one of which can be used to as a Bonus Liutenant action. If you have multiple Liutenants only one of them can take a bonus Liutenant action.
All other able assistants get one character action.
Relevant titles can give bonus actions.
No character can take more than 3 actions in a round.
Ply Trade: Supportive
Is a character action available to AA's to assist with a regent/court action.
On the difficulty front, DC 10 - using the same skill/background as the action being supported. DC 15 - using a related skill/ability (administrate/finances is almost always related). DC 20 - using an unrelated skill/ability.
Ply Trade: Oversee Is a character action available to AA's to oversee(manage) a regent/court action. Taking this action replaces the regents modifiers with the AA's modifiers.
Granting Titles. Titles are important positions of responsibility within your domain, a character granted titles is given the ability to spend significant amounts of your realms GB's or give orders on your regents behalf. They are not just an excuse to get a bonus character action that can be used for administration.
With this in mind, trying to give titles to someone who already has titles will increase the DDC, such actions promote jealousy from among the many functionaries, courtiers and nobles who make up the regents court.
Trying to give titles to someone who is an outsider will increase the DDC, giving power to outsiders will be viewed with suspicion.
There are ways to mitigate these penalties. Decrees, grants, diplomacy, etc can all help out.
Advise. Every regent get 1 Free Advise action each turn, we encourage you to use it.
In addition to the options listed in Regents Guide you can also use your advise action to get information on events & rumours.
Early DO Submission. If you submit your DO early and you message me I am willing to do a rules review of your actions, to point out any DDC or DAC modifiers you might you have missed, invalid actions, or the like.
Weather. Is a thing, the prevailing weather for each province has been generated. Characters with appropriate nature/survival related skills can lock in a character action to get an idea of the prevailing weather for a province.

6 player realms remain to be processed, 3 of which are held up waiting a reply.
Hopefully get all of them done tomorrow and then I can return them all.
Please note that if you already have a reply in your forum it is subject to change (primarily defensive pool expenditure).
