Clarification:
Decree(Finances).
Does this refer to both: Decree [Court]; generate 1d6 gold, -1 prosperity, & Finances [Court]; generate 1d6 gold, +5 DDC per additional attempt or just one of them?
If only one of them, is there a skill for other, for us greedy guilders?

Question 1: Above it says that the profession (administrate) applies proficiency to the Decree(Finances) action. There is no such action, was it meant to refer to the Finances court action? Question 2: Assuming it does refer to the Finances court action, is there any way to get a lieutenant to take this action? Being a court action it seems kinda tricky

Being a court action it seems kinda tricky As mentioned above it refer both to the Decree(court) with the purpose of generating funds, and Finances(court) actions. You may have your lieutenant spend a character action to oversee the Decree or Finance action in order to apply her proficiency.

In the original post it says "Profession (Law) - add proficiency to rule (law) actions" Should it be "Rule Holding (law)" ?

I don't have 5th edition. I found that WotC has on their website a free pdf of the basic rules, but can someone set me up with the "Variant Customizing Ability Scores" from the PHB?
Edit: Nevermind - that variant is apparently explained in this basic rules!

Variant customizing ability scores are a point by system where you get 27 points to build your ability scores:
8 cost 0 9 cost 1 10 cost 2 11 cost 3 12 cost 4 13 cost 5 14 cost 7 15 cost 9
It is not possible to purchase a starting ability above 15. Although it may later be modified by race to achieve a higher starting ability.

Wow. It's the first time I've posted a link from dropbox to a forum. But gods be damned, that was fast. Not that I am saying I would ever *cough*1984* but should one ever repost something such as this one should change file name and tags *cough*
