I'm currently doing a bunch of building stuff. I can usually stack enough modifiers to get the thing down to DDC0 with continued construction. That means MoS 10 on take 10 and 4 GBs of progress from 3GB spent. Hurried construction (5GBs of progress from 6GB spent) begins to look incredibly lackluster by comparison. There are a few things where I just *might* be able to get the DDC down to -5 with decree and assistants plying trade (so I can take 10 or MoS10, even with the +5 DDC from hurried construction). How much progress would MoS10 on hurried construction garner? Trying to decide if it's worth it.

The 4 progress for a cost of 3 is just my go to MOS 10 benefit, it's not guaranteed.
MOS 10 on hurried construction would potentially result in 6 progress for 6 cost, or it might result in something else.

Is it a general rule that getting MOS 2 get's you some kind of cake, not just on construction but in general? You know resolving an event with MOS 10, rulling a holding with MOS 10 etc?

Some actions may provide additional benefits if you margin of success is big enough (typically Mos of 10 and/or 20) In general we do provide a small benefit for actions with a high MOS.

I think its a special skill, but would be nice if running a building project were similar to running an estate, so estate management could be used.
Pathfinder do have the skill, Knowledge:Engineering which would cover it, but standard e5 dont have a good skill for it.

An AA taking a supportive action to target a building action would make a proficiency check using: Stonemason's Tools, Caprtenter's Tools, Architecht's Tools or similar (at a DC10 for a directly related skill).
Administration could be used to provide a supportive bonus at a DC 15 (loosely related skill).
There is no skill that directly add's to Construction actions.
