If i make any action i can spend 5 RP for +5
And 10 RP more for +5 too ...
But if i spend 5 RP and 5 GB .... i will have +5 +5 = +10 ? (as if i was spend 15 rp ? )

Nah, influence doesn't make a distinction between which kind you spend or where it comes from.
So if Bayard spent 7RP and 1GB and SWT spent 6GB on boosting an action together, they'd spend 14RP/GB in total and get +9 DAC.

You can spend any combination og GB and RP in support of an action. They are tracked together, not separately.
5RP = 5 effort = +5 3RP+2GB = 5 effort = +5 15RP = 15 effort = +10 5RP+10GB = 15 effort = +10 12RP+3GB = 15 effort = +10 etc

I guess it's shocking for me just because I'm running out of money more than I'm missing a bloodline

I check the regent guide it says you can use them but I don't see a chart that helps see the numbers, I guess this would be why my DAC are never correct lol.

1)Can an owner of a source spend RP to help or counter someone who rules law ....
2)And conversely someone who has a law or a province, can spend some RP to help or counter someone who rules a source
3)if i make a decree to help my action in 1 given province ... i will get +2 ... If I do the same action on the same turn again the same decree still gives me +2?

Influence on source holdings and temporal holdings are seperate page 76 source can only affect and be affect by other source holdings, using influence
4) Give yourself a temporary (1 turn) +2 bonus to the DAC on a specific type of action taking place within a single province (by issuing formal laws for instance). DDC 10 + Province level. page 93

3) You can't stack multiple decrees to boost an action to +4, +6 etc in the same province.

3) yes but 1 decree make +2 agitate by example ... even i agitate 3 times the same turn? me and my allies ?
In another game, we can raze forests and magic clearings to ravage the sources with laws and soldiers ... I know one who would have problems of sources with these rules there!

You could also consider the grant action to provide another +prosperity festival.

Can confirm I've used one decree to try and boost multiple buildings in one turn that were all DDC 1 or 2 after modifiers (so I could get the MoS 10 bonus)

In Albion, your regent, and as far as I know his court, have no knowledge of sources, how they work and where to find them. You could despoil an entire province and burn everything for several years on end but this seems counterproductive. Likewise, there would likely still be tappings of power in caves, lakes, rivers, etc. It is simply outside of the ability of a couple of troops of soldiers to affect the magic of the entire land.
