Questions on the Trait Effects and Sieges:
"Artillery Increase the damage value of the combat table used for all your units in an army that has twice as many Artillery units as the opposition. Also affects sieges." How do they affect sieges? Any differences for artillery units outside vs. inside the siege?
"Defensive Defensive units are able to absorb the damage dealt in pursuits twice as effectively as other units, and bypass the normal mortality rules to that effect only. Defensive units also affects sieges." How do they affect sieges? Any differences for defenisive units outside vs. inside the siege?
Engineer Decrease the morale value of the combat table used for all of your enemies units if you have twice as many Engineer units in your army. Also affects sieges. How do they affect sieges? Any differences for engineer units outside vs. inside the siege?
Thanks!

Defending units with defensive and artilery trait units increases the effective castle level, while sieging units with artilery or engineer traits lower the effective castle level.

Do defending Engineers counter besieging Engineers? I'm thinking of engineers trying to bring down a portion of a castle wall via tunneling to undermine a wall. To counter it, defenders would dig their own tunnels, listen for the mining activity and adjust. If contact is made, they might introduce smoke/fire, flooding via water, bees (yes bees), or any other means of countering seiges, such as reinforcing the structure, etc.
